As trusted advisors and experienced business operators, our clients benefit from authentic, thought-provoking counsel.

Just as each client and issue is different, we approach engagements from our clients’ perspective first rather than applying a standardised methodology.

We approach each challenge with a creative, problem-solving mindset and bring an experienced senior leadership perspective with strong strategic insights and commercial judgment.

We are passionate about being true partners, and are willing to challenge our clients’ mindsets if we believe it will result in a better outcome for them.

  • Fee Structure

We aim to deliver superior value to our clients, while rewarding and retaining outstanding individuals. We will continue to run a low cost operation and will not deviate from this model. We do not need a high cost operation to service our clients.

We seek to build long term, sustainable relationships with the senior executive of our clients and will not jeopardise these for short term gain. Ultimately the strong and extensive client-endorsements and word-of-mouth recommendations speak for themselves.

As we work directly for our Clients we therefore only accept fees/income from them. As a retained Firm, we seek to be compensated in a transparent manner and provide our clients with objective, independent advice.

Our professional fees are therefore based on an hourly or daily rate, but we will consider success or fixed-fee arrangements where our clients are also prepared to appropriately share in the risk.

Our clients pay for and expect senior advice. Our Partners and Associates are experienced and successful executives in their own right, who engage directly with our clients to solve their problems, with limited need for leverage or additional support.
