Tanya works closely with boards, CEOs and executive teams navigating complex leadership, succession and transition moments. She brings deep commercial judgement, global perspective and calm leadership to high‑stakes decisions during periods of significant change.

Tanya is a Partner at Sheldon Harris with more than two decades of experience operating at the most senior levels of global and Australian organisations as a Chief People Officer. She has led people and culture agendas across listed enterprises and multi-national businesses through some of their most complex moments, including major acquisitions, divestments, restructures and cultural transformation.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at SABMiller (including its US$107bn global sale), General Electric, Jetstar and Vicinity Centres, where she managed enterprise‑wide change initiatives and the people response to disruption. Tanya brings rare first hand insight into the realities facing executive leadership, combining this with strong governance discipline and commercial pragmatism.
