She is closely involved in the research, execution and delivery of executive and board search, succession planning, and leadership development engagements, working alongside partners to support high‑stakes and confidential leadership appointments.
Renee brings over 20 years’ experience across executive support, talent acquisition, and learning and development, developed through senior roles within large, complex organisations and professional services environments. Her background combines deep people expertise with strong operational leadership, enabling her to manage sensitive matters, strengthen operational systems, and ensure seamless delivery across recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives.
Highly relationship‑driven and detail‑oriented, Renee is valued for her judgement, integrity and calm, service‑led approach. She works closely with partners, clients, boards and professional teams to ensure disciplined execution, high‑quality insights, and a consistently positive experience for all stakeholders.
Away from work, Renee enjoys the outdoors, time with family and friends, a life‑long love of travel (having visited every continent), and plenty of playtime with her dog, who firmly believes this should be a full‑time job.
