
Melinda is an experienced remuneration and human capital adviser with more than 25 years' experience partnering with boards, remuneration committees and senior executive teams across listed, private, government and not-for-profit organisations. Her expertise spans executive and board remuneration, incentive design, organisational design, executive assessment and governance advisory.
Throughout her career, Melinda has held senior remuneration management and consulting roles with organisations including Insignia Financial, ANZ, Accenture, Transurban, NBN, Crown Resorts, Healthscope, La Trobe University, National Australia Bank, Hay Group (KornFerry) and Watson Wyatt (Towers Watson). She also leads Haldon Consulting, advising clients on executive remuneration, incentive reviews, remuneration policy frameworks and classification structures.
Melinda brings valuable board and governance experience, serving as Deputy Chair of Kilmour Investments and Chair of its Remuneration Sub-Committee. She is also an Alternate Director and Member of the Executive Remuneration Sub-Committee for AKD Softwoods, as well as Independent Chair of the Remuneration Committee for the Royal Australian Navy Central Canteens Board. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she combines strong governance discipline with deep reward and human capital expertise.
Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time in her garden, getting out to Japanese restaurants and enjoying her weekends with family and friends now that her children's championship basketball days are finally over.
