Juliet Dyer is an Associate Partner at Sheldon Harris working through her business Inner Edge Co Pty Ltd, bringing deep practical experience in leadership development, executive coaching and behavioural assessment. She works with senior leaders across multiple sectors including retail, property, professional services, manufacturing and health and wellbeing, supporting executive capability, transition and informed decision-making through evidence-based psychological and strengths-based methodologies.
Her experience includes working with ASX-listed and global organisations across the Asia-Pacific region, delivering coaching programs, leadership development initiatives and psychometric assessment processes. Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on operational experience in Melbourne’s commercial plumbing industry, managing financial administration, workforce onboarding, compliance and day-to-day business operations. She also worked in the general aviation sector as a flight instructor and editor, contributing to training within the aviation community.
Juliet is a PCC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds internationally recognised certifications in Hogan Assessments, Gallup CliftonStrengths and EIP3.
