Juliet is an Associate Partner at Sheldon Harris, specialising in leadership development, executive coaching and assessment. She works across a broad range of sectors, supporting leaders and teams through growth, transition and increased complexity.

Her background spans professional services, property, manufacturing and health, alongside earlier hands‑on operational experience in small business and aviation. Juliet is PCC‑certified with theInternational Coaching Federation and holds advanced certifications in Hogan,CliftonStrengths and EIP3.
