Andrew Harris

Andrew partners with boards and CEOs on critical leadership decisions, bringing deep financial services insight, rigorous judgement and a highly trusted advisory approach. He is known for helping clients navigate succession, appointments and leadership assessment with confidence.

Andrew is a Founding Partner of Sheldon Harris and has spent more than two decades advising boards and executive teams across Australia, Asia and globally. Prior to founding the firm, he held senior roles at Korn Ferry and Egon Zehnder, where he was instrumental in building financial services practices and advising at board and C‑suite level.

Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in senior operational and consulting roles with KPMG and commenced his professional career as a banker with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. This blend of advisory depth and operating experience enables Andrew to quickly understand organisational context and leadership complexity.

Andrew is highly regarded for his discretion, depth of insight and long‑term client relationships. He brings measured judgement and deep sector understanding to every engagement.

Andrew is a passionate road cyclist (yes, he wears Lyrca!) and Hawks fan who spends his weekends chasing after his grandchildren.
